Good day,To who it may concern;
I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Pena, for the excellent service he provided me last week. Considering that Im in Texas, Pena worked out an AWESOME deal for me. It was that EASY. No haggling, no feeling like I was getting hadI am very pleased with the service I receive from the Tucson dealership. In addition , Pena's professionalism and ability to make the process painless exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Pena in the near future.Respectfully,Reggie SaundersReggie Saunders, Dallas, TX -
Phoned Ride Now Tucson asking about Indian Scout. Angel said call Mike Pena, Tucson Indian, new dealer in town. Test drove new Scout 2015. Pena sold me. Every employee remains helpful and directs my inexperience to answers patiently. I'm 73. It's fun to visit, see friends. Coffee is just right. One minor fault on Scout was repaired quickly, their expense. All department areas know their onions. Seeking neighbor hood riders, send them there. You won't be sorry.
Sincerely,

My Chieftain broke down in the Tucson area. Turns out the part needed to repair my motorcycle was not at the factory headquarters. The factory told me the part would not be in stock for about four weeks. This news did not deter the technicians at Indian Tucson. They called around and found the part I needed in Texas. They had my motorcycle fixed in about three days. EXCELLENT JOB!

I just wanted to send you a quick note to express my appreciation for the great service I received from your service department a few months back. I purchased a Cross Country Tour in the Tucson area and needed a safety check, tires and fork seals prior to my 1100 mile ride home. The service work was top quality, prices were great and most importantly you were able to accommodate my limited schedule. And to top it off, the staff was great.

This has been a long time coming. I purchased my 2015 Indian Chieftain on October of 2014.
Just want to give a shout out to big Mike, Matt, Phil, Chris Scott , Mike and Angel. Purchased my 2015 Indian in October 2014, I love the bike. I have ridden Kawasaki's, Harley's and Honda's. The Kawi's are mules and are tuff. The harley's are nice and nostalgic. Honda makes a nice bike But the Indian in my book surpasses them all in style, performance and quality. I'm keeping mine. Now this Tucson dealership is FAMILY!!!! Soon as you enter the door they say hi. No pressure just let you look around. I had warranty work done on my 2015 Vintage and Phil, Angel, Mike and Micheal took care of it. Finally after not having it done by the Chandler dealership this Tucson wonder crew got it done in less then a week!! Then I gave Phil a real test. Harley fog lights on my Indian and wouldn't you know it 3 hrs later his mechanic Scott got it done. And was very reasonable... Really impressed with this wonder crew!!! You just got to come in and see for yourself!!!!

My overall experience regarding selecting and purchasing my 2016 Chief Vintage was outstanding. The sales manager, salesman, service manager and staff, and accessories lady have all been extremely helpful. They definitely go above and beyond in all aspects of their business at the Tucson store on North Oracle. It is immediately obvious and appreciated that this dealership is truly about the customer. Now -- about the bike. I have been riding for forty six years and have owned a number of high quality bikes, many of which were very high mileage rides. I know quality and have no brand loyalty unless that particular brand is still putting out high quality rides that still appeal to my taste at the time I'm ready to change out. When it came to the new Indian, now manufactured by Polaris, my initial reaction was WOW!! I spent over two years researching this new version of an old icon, and after my last ride turned over 100,000 miles, I decided it was time to have a serious look. To be brief I purchased my new black/chrome Indian Chief Vintage in early November and now have 3200 miles on it. Beautiful, heavy duty everywhere. The drive train is magnificent . . . The fit and finish from head to toe is exceptional . . . The ride, comfort and handling is superb . . . The only thing that gets a bit tiring is being accosted by admirers wherever I stop for a break. Really though, it is something I don't mind too much . . . In closing if you are interested in a superb machine in all aspects of cruising that is a beautiful build by a company that is super-well financed, then look no further. I challenge you to research all the articles involving Polaris and how they built these machines from the ground up. Of particular interest is the article regarding how the engine was designed and all aspects thereof. Take a look at the special trick ways that these air cooled engines are kept cool, too . . . Keep the saddle side up friends!

I was a bit skeptical about buying from a Ride Now Store based on my other experiences with other Ride Now Stores. However I was pleasently surprised. I was treated respectfully and feel I got a fair deal. At no time pior to my purchase did I ever feel presured. Mike answered all my questions about the Indian Roadmaster during the many times I visited the dealership prior to making my purchase. At no time did I ever feel any kind of the 'Normal' sales pressure you get from other dealerships. Mark also did a great job explaining all of my different options when it came to the actual purchase so that I could understand them and make an informed choice as to what service and warranty options i wanted and afford.

As a snowbird visiting Tucson, I had some minor, but annoying issues with my '14 Victory Cross Country. Visiting this dealership, they scheduled me for appointment right away and promptly fixed the problems. It was a relief to get the bike right back on the road and I have nothing but good things to say about all of those involved.
